This workshop will address the development of next-generation chiral effective field theory interactions, as well as their implementation in many-body frameworks for finite nuclei and infinite matter. This is a targeted workshop that will discuss the recent high-quality refitting of chiral forces, the development of local forces which are also suitable for Quantum Monte Carlo methods, as well as the incorporation of the next-generation three-nucleon interactions at N3LO and their impact on properties of matter, finite nuclei, and reactions.
This workshop will include overview talks by established experts, as well as structured and informal settings for a community-wide discussion on the status and direction of three-body interactions.
